Her career includes senior roles at Sap Labs India, SAP UK, Pentland Brands, and Stanley Black and Decker, where she led complex ERP programmes and shaped business critical finance and systems transformations. She brings deep expertise in SAP, strong commercial understanding, and a practical approach to solving operational challenges. She now applies this experience to guiding ERP strategy and building high performing teams that deliver stable, scalable, and business aligned enterprise platforms. She is also committed to creating pathways into digital careers, championing opportunities for women in IT and neurodivergent talent as part of building a diverse and future ready workforce.
