Jordan is a senior technology and delivery strategist with extensive experience shaping and delivering complex programmes of work. Before joining Scrumconnect, he held leadership roles at the Department for Work and Pensions and HM Revenue & Customs, where he led national services used by more than 13 million citizens across State Pension and Pension Credit, supporting over £110 billion in annual payments. He has delivered major transformation programmes including the digital modernisation of Winter Fuel Payment, processing more than £2 billion annually, and led one of the largest data migrations undertaken in UK government.
