TechNext

At TechNExt, we lead an interactive, AI-powered innovation experience that demonstrates how ideas can move from concept to working prototypes in hours. Through hands-on collaboration and live experimentation, we show how organisations can reduce the cost of innovation, accelerate product development, and build a culture where continuous experimentation drives sustainable growth.

The discussion brings together perspectives from government, industry and product delivery to examine how AI systems are being designed, deployed and governed in practice. It will also consider the capabilities organisations need to build today to support long-term adoption, and how the next phase of public sector AI may evolve. What the session will explore How AI is being introduced into real public sector services The challenges of scaling AI across complex organisations The organisational and cultural changes required to support adoption How policy, technology and delivery capability must align What meaningful progress looks like today What the next five years of government AI adoption may bring.
