Start of new project at DWP
Our newly formed delivery team will support the Compensation Recovery Unit, building on previous work we've undertaken at DWP.
We started off the week getting to know each other and making meaningful connections, facilitated by our head of UX Nel Mathams online.
The team will steadily settle in this week, and today some of the team met Annette who previously worked on the service as user researcher.
We're looking forward to building on some solid foundations.
