About Dinesh Sharma

“Dinesh is a seasoned agile trainer and an executive coach. He is also a student at one of Europe’s top business schools, Henley Business School where has recently completed the second year of his MSc in coaching and behavioural change in the world’s only Triple Accredited (AC, ICF and EMCC) Coaching Certification.

He has overall 26 years of experience in Product Development and in the last 10 years helping organisations with agile transformations. He has worked on complex product development, including large travel, retail, financial services organisations, government departments, aerospace & defence, and global consultancies.

His work involves advising organisations on agile at scale, leadership development coaching, culture change, and team capability building. He has held several senior roles, e.g. Head of Engineering, Enterprise Agile Coach, Head of Development, in the agile space.

Dinesh is a Certified LeSS Trainer and Practitioner and also holds Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) since 2011.”
