Scrumconnect team works with DWP digital to release Pension credit online for Covid-19 impacted citizens
We at Scrumconnect Consulting, are proud of our team working with DWP Digital to deliver something life-changing for our Pensioners. It is amazing to be apart of making a difference. The impact of it is already visible. Week 1 has already achieved a significant channel shift from telephone to online!
Pensioners are now able to apply for Pension Credit online in a move to assist those who are self-isolating or shielding during the coronavirus pandemic.
