Scrumconnect secures OECD framework contract, marking its expansion into mainland Europe

Scrumconnect, the UK-headquartered AI and digital transformation specialist, today announced its expansion into mainland Europe, with an operational presence established in Paris, after securing a place on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)  Framework Contract for IT Digital Competencies.

This marks another major milestone in a year of significant commercial growth for the company, following recent contract wins with new clients across the UK public sector and the recently announced opening of a major delivery centre in Edinburgh.

Through this multi-year framework agreement, Scrumconnect will provide specialised digital competencies, spanning digital governance, solution architecture, DevSecOps, user-centred content design, and AI integration services, to support the OECD's work programme. To deliver this, the company is establishing a Paris base, placing its skilled consultants close to the OECD's Château de la Muette headquarters. This reflects Scrumconnect's strategy of intentional, quality-led organisational growth, ensuring that it preserves the company’s reputation for high delivery pedigree, technical rigour, and client-first values.
