Scrumconnect expands Senior Leadership Team with Jordan Armstrong appointment

Scrumconnect, the award-winning digital transformation specialist, has appointed Jordan Armstrong as Delivery Director. Joining as part of the company’s Senior Leadership Team, and based in its Newcastle delivery centre, Jordan’s appointment adds to Scrumconnect’s existing strength in delivering complex public services and leading large-scale transformation across government.

Jordan comes to Scrumconnect from the Department for Work and Pensions, and prior to that, HM Revenue & Customs. He has spent much of his career delivering complex public services at national scale, working across policy, design, engineering and operations. His track record includes leading one of the largest data migrations in UK government and the digital modernisation of Winter Fuel Payment, which processes more than £2 billion annually, alongside launching services such as Get your State Pension, Manage your State Pension and Apply for Pension Credit to improve access for citizens and reduce operational cost.

At Scrumconnect, Jordan will focus on further strengthening the Company’s delivery performance and deepening client partnerships. Having spent his career delivering critical and time-sensitive public services, including during EU Exit and the Covid-19 pandemic, he brings a depth of experience that will be key during this significant period of growth for Scrumconnect.
