Civil Service 2021 - ‘The Digital, Data and Technology Award

Super thrilled to announce that Scrumconnect Consulting's work on the 'Get Your State Pension' digital service, designed with our client Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), won the Civil Service 2021 awards in February in the following category ‘The Digital, Data and Technology Award.’

The award was in recognition of excellence in the application of digital technology to solve a problem or make things better, and celebrating people whose commitment to technological improvements reach measurable outcomes.In 2018, 25% of customers invited to claim their state pension did so online.

Today, that figure is over 75%.
