At the beginning of May, we shared a post on the fantastic work that our Scrumconnect Consulting, team working with DWP Digital delivered something life-changing for our Pensioners. It was always part of the long-term roadmap, but the impact of coronavirus meant that the team had to accelerate the process and deliver at pace.
Pensioners are now able to apply for Pension Credit online in a move to assist those who were/are self-isolating or shielding during the coronavirus pandemic.
We are delighted to share how the team made Pension Credit applications available online

Pre-digital:
78% telephone / 22% paper
Since going Live:
50% digital / 35% telephone / 15% paper.
