Scrumconnect was asked to support the Compensation Recovery Unit team to map an end-to-end service, utilising existing user research and insights. The CRU project had been in discovery for 12 months but had not progressed due to limited evidence of user need, an incomplete picture of the full end-to-end service and too few examples of opportunities.
The Marine Management Organisation, sponsored by the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, required a new system to create export catch certificates. These certificates would enable fishermen in the UK to export their catches to any EU country post Brexit.
Scrumconnect consultants are helping to tackle some of the biggest and most acute challenges in HM Prisons and Probations Service. With move to more digital solutions and the use of smart data, we are helping introduce more efficient management of prisons and improving the rehabilitation of those people living in the system.

In this new role, Prahlad Koti will be responsible for overseeing all business growth and implementing strategies to ensure continued success for our customers.

I am a passionate software craftsman with a specific interest in code quality, design, and maintainability. I have had the privilege of being part of, leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across both public and private sector clients.
Head of testing
An experienced test automation consultant with a proven ability to lead and manage teams and develop test frameworks in Scala, Java, NodeJS and other languages utilising Selenium WebDriver. Since 2014 he’s been fully committed to Agile processes.
